How to delete your account and data
On the website: sign in, open My account and choose Delete my account. Enter your password to confirm.
In the mobile app: open Settings, choose Delete my account and enter your password.
Cannot sign in? Use the Contact us page from the email address on the account and we will delete it for you.
What is deleted
Your profile, saved items, reminders, devices, notification tokens and offline copies are deleted immediately. Order records that the law requires us to keep for accounting are kept without your name, email and phone number.
What happens to purchases
Digital purchases and devotional plans end with the account and cannot be restored after deletion.
